Is the 7 day trial really free?
Yes. No credit card is required, and you will get a fully functional working account.
What happens at the end of my trial?
You can buy online and pay via credit card, or debit card. Your trial will become your permanent SendOut account.
What is a Subscriber?
In SendOut, a subscriber is a person with a unique email address. Subscriber can be added in several ways, including when a user fills out an optin form or via an uploaded list.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
SendOut is priced based on plan level and the number of subscribers in your database. As you grow, upgrade at any time and you will be charged pro-rata through the end of your billing term. To downgrade you can contact us and request for the same anytime.
